I had a very kind lady when I went in to the office and the boss Tim Moss is great however upon calling in TWICE I was treated like a liar and crap and informed I couldn't get coverage for a vehicle because "SHE" didn't think it was going to sit in my yard. HELLO! I had just put in the process to switch from Owasso she didn't even know me and treated me like crap I will NEVER give them my business!
