This is Tim Wood. "Danny Kimpton" is not a real client name. Like the review it is fake as evidenced by the fact that this is the only review that "Danny Kimpton" has ever done. We think we know who it is and as he is the owner of a failing business, I can understand the jealousy. When it comes to community involvement, I will stand by our record. Jim and I volunteer several times a week, including every Thursday night at the Food Bank. I sit on the Palm Springs Unified School District Board as well as the PSUSD Foundation Board and give 20+ hours a week to our schools. Jim sits on the LGBT Center Board and gives equally. I also sit on the Cathedral City Senior Center Board and give to that organization weekly as well. We also serve and donate to 15 other documented organizations. We have tried to give back to all areas of our community, LGBT, homeless, food insecure, seniors, and other marginalized communities, can "Danny Kimpton" say the same? I made the decision to leave one organization because for two years in a row, they abused the State Farm logo, which got reported to State Farm. We are protecting our brand as required by contract. Keep in mind, this is an organization on which I sat on a committee donating my time, donated money to regularly, and sponsored special events. They made it impossible to continue the relationship by continuing their bad behavior. This post is yet another example of the type of behavior I am talking about. Never once, by the way, have I heard from any leadership in that organization. I explained my decision one on one to each member of that committee, including the so called friends. That someone would call themselves a "friend" but behave like this (as well as posting other nonsense posts) says more about their character than it does mine. Perhaps they should look inward and find the real problem. One thing I know, the problem is not with how we care for our customers as evidenced by the other posts here, how we care for our community, nor how we care for our friends.

I have known Tim and Jim for several years. When they started their agency, I brought my business over to them to try to support them in their new business even though it was more expensive for me to leave my old insurance carrier. Unfortunately, I have come to realize that Tim and Jim are not who they appear to be. They talk a nice game but it is all about business and money to them. I aerved on a fundraising committee with Tim for a local non profit organization and when Tim had a disagreement with the organization, he not only quit the committee, but also stopped communicating with his friends that are still on the committee---even though we were still his customers. They have trashed good relationships. More recently, along with their good friends Micky and Chuck, Tim and Jim helped organize a dinner event that was billed as "Evening Under the Pavillion" an anti "Evening Under the Stars" party. This dinner was designed to draw people away from a fundraiser that same evening for a non profit organization providing nutritional support for low income people living with terminal illnesses. Really? What kind of people signed things like this? I don't know too many nice that do things like that.Beware! Know what you are getting into .I have taken my business back to my old carrier . I won't reward mean and negative people with my business.
