He is continuing to assist us long after the website has gone live, and has surpassed all our expectations. John listened carefully to our initial needs and this clearly shows. The new website has been designed from scratch with a modern look and feel which is exactly what we needed. Having started at a company who's website was fantastically designed by Titanium Design and i have since been put in charge of updating said website with very little knowledge, it was great to have someone on the end of the phone or email that was willing to help me if even the slightest, stupid issue. It was also a great point that they came to my workplace and gave me a tutorial in simple English on how to update and maintain the site, something you wouldn't normally get with web developers. i have and will continue to recommend Titanium Design to anyone that needs a web page or graphic design.
