Love Titleblu! Every deal I have done with Titleblu has gone smoothly, and the communication has been excellent! If I have a question, I can call and talk directly to Carrie and get quick answers. I've even called to ask her about title related questions on deals where we've had to use other title companies. In addition, Carrie and Sharon are SO engaged in and supportive of their community - which I think speaks highly of their character. BUT...as a realtor, my primary concern is for the ability of the title company to manage and close the transaction smoothly, and provide the best experience for the client. Because the communication is so good through the process, the accuracy has been spot on, and closings happen whenever and wherever best for the clients, I continue to include them in my list of preferred partners (they are on top!), though it is always the client's choice. ;-)
