By far the worst marketing company I have ever dealt with. Their mid-week getaway promotion with DEFY was a real life scam. DEFY have lost me as a customer and probably many others. If you are a company looking to use TLC for marketing, I suggest you don't, unless you want your name dragged in the mud like DEFY. If you are a consumer, if you ever see a promotion with TLCs name on it, run, run, run far away. You will be scammed.Update 15/12/2017: After many emails and phone calls later, TLC finally came through on the getaway. It was an unpleasant experience to fight for a promise but in the end they did come through. I have increased rating from one to two stars.
