This company is NOT to be trusted. Their campaign with Defy is a con, since they have totally failed to fulfil their promise, let alone resolve it. They simply don't bother to respond to emails or any complaints. I will now be following up with the Consumer Protector, and all social media, radio etc. to expose this fraud. Google should offer -1; -2 etc. since this company does not deserve a single star.
