I purchased a Ster Kinekor 2-for-1 Card From the Samsung Rewards App and i have had the card for about 6 months and it stopped working. I have contacted TLC Marketing numerous times where they give me an ETA for it to be corrected... But nothing is resolved. Previously they even stated they will call me back. It is not a week later and I am once again trying to contact them, but their contact lines continue ringing. Very disgusted with this companies 'care' for the clients.
