I would have given 5 stars but they recently dropped my towing. I used it as needed when one of my cars was acting up. I got rid of it but now I have to wait a year before I can get coverage again

Todd and his staff always provide excellent service and are very friendly. The reviewer who mentioned a rate increase probably doesn't understand that sometimes those things happen. Not fair to blame this agent.

I have been a Todd Younker/State Farm agency customer for 15 years. I STILL LOVE IT!! I would not ever dream of giving my business to any other agency. While every person at the agency is extremely professional, courteous and friendly, I simply cannot survive without Renee! Words alone cannot accurately describe how wonderful she is. My concerns have always been heard and addressed in a timely manner. I have never felt overlooked or neglected. Renee is very patient and knowledgeable. I have always been well informed when making any policy changes. I will remain a loyal customer, because in all honesty and fairness, I feel that the loyalty has always been and will continue to be reciprocated. Not easy to find an insurance agency that you can trust, but I did! .......and I'M STAYING!

First they raised my deductible from 1000 to 2500 for no reason they could explain to me other than government changes, yet no other homeowners I know had that happen. We never even inquired about a claim in 11 years, unless filed one. Next they bullied me by trying to get me to sign some "new contract" and to bundle other services. When I refused, I started getting letters saying my Homeowner's Policy would be cancelled at month's end. Wow. State Farm? Wow. I found insurance with another company, kept my 1000 deductible and pretty much my same rate. When I called to cancel my policy, State Farm didn't even ask me anything about why I was leaving. I guess they've bullied enough folks and make enough money they don't need mine. The old manager of this location who retired - never had this problem. New management - Younker's family - BEWARE!
