Tricia Kelley was very helpful in clearing up an issue I had with my vehicle suspension while I was on an extended vacation. Due to my error and mail forwarding issues, I did not fill out a proper form for the suspension of my vehicle with ADOT. Tricia was kind enough to take the time to call the DMV to explain the situation on my behalf and was able to get them to waive a $50. penalty.I am most grateful for her prompt attention to my problem and going above and beyond to help me with the situation.

I drive for Lyft and Uber. I went to renew my AZ reg in August 2018 and DMV is old me my registration has been suspended since April 2018. So Tom Deberry office hasn’t reported my insurance to Arizon angain. And This isn’t the first time I have had to call my Statefarm office(Tom Deberry) about this problem 3 plus more time on the past. The office staff is quick to apologize but really what does that mean? I live on the NE side of Tucson,Az and if I was stopped by a Police officer in Oro Valley, my car would have been impounded and my rider would have been kicked out of the car. And then I would have to go to court to get my car back. Keep in mind my car insurance payment are made every month for the last 25 years. This office only offer empathy!! For example, if ai got stopped in Oro Valley, the police would have run my plate, seen that my AZ ref was suspended. And Impounded my car, kicked my rider out and Lyft/Uber would have cancelled my contract with them. So not only did this Company but this office, put in jeapody of me making money to support my 1 year old daughter. And the agent Tom Deberry never contacted me ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only got to talk to John..
