Feedback:

What a joke. No follow through for proof of insurance on a recent RV loan, no follow through for a broken windshield. When asked how to switch to a different agent, got "find one" as a reply. Challenge accepted. It's already in the works.

I'm going out of my way and taking time out of my life to leave this guy and company a negative review. I'm only giving them one star because I HAVE to, too leave a review. I have never left ANYONE a negative review because I know how much it can tarnish a business. But I wish someone would've warned me about them and saved me time and money. If you are considering this company for car or homeowners insurance RUN FAR AWAY in a whole different direction and I recommend you stay away. They made our first home buying experience a complete mess. So many mistakes were made on their end I don't know where to begin. I switched to farm bureau and I'm paying 3 times less then what I was paying with State Farm AND I have triple the coverage on my house and car. Oh.... and they (farm bureau) have excellent customer service and excellent communication skills! Tom (State Farm) on the other hand will not call you back, he will hide behind his desk and only email you. Very unprofessional. Ok I'm done and you have been warned:)
