I’m a busy person with 3 business, it’s hard to answer my phone while a client asking for estimate price. I finally got a chance to call back Townsquare for payment and the lady was so rude and felt bad for Stephanie who I really enjoy talking to first and her hard work, getting me on board. Just for this lady rude and unprofessional response on getting me back on the phone with who I had talked to. She kept on saying that,”She does not work for Free and need payment.”I told her I didn’t care if she shut down my campaign, since I already have another business, running my roofing company website. But I still wanted to talk to Stephanie!Made it impossible for me and I did not want to be bother anymore and told her thank you X6 and goodbye. It makes me very sad it only takes one untrained person to loose a client. Wish you good luck and sorry for wasting your time.
