I had a Reece Hitch installed on my Jeep Compass a year in a half ago. The brake light and turn signal went out on the right side. It wasnt a bulb so it had to be in the hitch. I made an appointment and they determined the box had went bad. They didn't charge me any labor for the repair. Brad and Shane were very polite and courteous to me. I was very pleased with the repairs and getting me on my way.

We went out and purchased the trailer days before the hurricane came to Winston-Salem what a great decision that was the trailer is awesome the quality is incredible and functionality is a 100%. We purchased the trailer from a Salesman named Jeff. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and any questions that he could not answer he promptly got a technician out to answer technical questions that I had. If I could give them 10 Stars that's what I would do

Just had my 4 Star trailer in for a lot of minor body repair work and a major camper door replacement after many years of hard wear. These guys were great! Josh and his repair crew guys were very accommodating and helpful on my numerous requests. Marsha at the service desk also very pleasant and helpful in dealing with my questions and requests. Very pleasant atmosphere from everyone, it made a long day of repairs enjoyable! Thanks Guys!
