Jen at Riverdale travel has helped my family with at least four trips between my sister and I. We’ve traveled as families as well as couples. Some of our trips included Mexico and Las Vegas. We give Jen our budget and destination and she does the rest. We really like her personal touch of picking her favorite places that even she and her family have visited. We put Jen on a mission and she came through with in a day or two at the most. She takes care of everything from getting you the best deal to sending you the itinerary of your trip. It has been painless and effortless for us. I don’t even know Jen in person, but I feel like she knows me and my family very well. We will turn to Jen on our next trip for sure.

My wife and I needed a vacation. We had never used a travel agent. After calling and talking to Tracy she looked into multiple vacation destinations and found us the perfect trip to The Dominican Republic. It was an all-inclusive adults only resort. I cannot say enough about how she matched what we were looking for perfectly.

The convenience has always been great, but this year it was very helpful to have her as a travel agent following Hurricane Maria that changed many of our travel plans and we needed the coordination with 2 other couples we were traveling with.
