Our most recent order with Treetop Enterprises was riddled with mistakes and frustration. In addition to waiting over 6 weeks to process, we had issues with the quality of the embroidery and incorrect items being delivered. When I attempted to get this corrected, I was told that our order "should have been handled differently" and that the general manager would contact me. That was over a week ago. We are still missing items and no one will call me back from Treetop. I am only giving them two stars because people do like their company apparel (when it's correct and the embroidery looks nice). There are hundreds of companies that offer the same types of products, I would recommend trying anyone else.

I am a local contractor I purchased shirts from this company that were supposed to be like a shirt that I had been given from a local rental company. The shirts came in and/or significantly lighter and cheaper quality. Although it was confirmed that the shirt was the same the manufacture had obviously change the specifications and I was offered no remedy. I called and spoke with the manager and he had no interest in working something out with me to keep my business. I would not do business with his company again.

Craig and the Treetop team are wonderful. Local company and service you can count on. Our company has been using them for several years now -- we get polos, jackets, a ton of custom marketing material and anything we can put a logo on. Thanks guys!

We ordered Christmas cards before Thanksgiving and with just one week left before Christmas have yet to receive them. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of promptness.
