Feedback:

I drive there from Oklahoma City. The people are friendly and very helpful. They explain in great detail how and why things are done the way the State says to do it. I really like the people. Great job!

Feedback:

I had a very positive experience. Received prompt and friendly service. I will definitely use them again.

Feedback:

Trust the reviews! They are some rude people!

Feedback:

Avoid this place at all cost.

Feedback:

Always very nice and helpful the 10-12 times I've been here.

Feedback:

Customer service was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend!

Feedback:

I understand people have bad days, but this truly must be a horrible place to work for how rude everyone always is. I'd rather drive an hour out of my way to get some customer service.

Feedback:

Always rude no matter how nice you are. I'd rather spend the money on gas to go somewhere where people don't hate their jobs.

Feedback:

Always went here, despite the rude customer service... Until yesterday.I added the tanker endorsement to my Commercial Driver's *Permit.* The lady printed me a new *regular license* and punched a hole in my previous(but still good) license. When I said, "Why did you print me a new license?" She replied that it was because I failed my test. That made no sense. When I contested this, she said that my paperwork was wrong, so I read it. It was perfectly fine. She grabbed the new license she printed, wrote VOID in a magic marker, handed me the license that she punched a hole though and told me to go back to DPS because DPS screwed up.Again, I argued with her on what she did wrong. She literally just voided(via a hole through the DL symbol) a perfectly good license and expected me to walk out with it. She called her boss and I called DPS. Everytime I tried to correct, help or stop the lady from screwing up, she hushed me with her 2" inch long, bright pink fingernails. She ended up taking alcohol to my new license to get the magic marker "VOID" off of it. She, then, informed me that I had to go back to the DPS office in Chickasha to have my file rebuilt because she tried to print a *CDL* instead of a *permit* with my new endorsement. When I made it out to Chickasha, they asked, "Well why didn't she call the help desk? We could have done this over the phone and saved you the trip."Thanks, Tri-City!!!Always been rude and my family let it slide because of how close yall are and we only have to put up with it once a year for our tags.Never again.
