Client Review on TriAlpha Marketing Group
Feedback:
I highly do not recommend this company. It’s advertised as one thing, but after about a week of going through their processes, you’ll learn that it’s essentially a pyramid scheme. I was offered base pay of $30/day + bonus for signing donors. After getting out in the field, I learned that in order to start earning for signing donors, you have to overturn an objection, so even though I had signed donors, I didn’t get paid because those donors hadn’t objected (they will then repeatedly spew the same words about how those rules are in place for a reason to ensure you know how to do it…even though they also coach that objection overturns only work 1 out of every 10 times). I was also told that the company is paid $50 for each day an employee is out in the field, but the company pays the employees $30/day. You’ll notice super high turnover, and if the company is making that much on employees being in the field and for the apps the employee is not getting paid for, they’re probably bank on high turnover. You’ll be presented with the opportunity to work your way up and eventually open your own company, which is really you building a team of people under you, who build under them, until you eventually reach “manager” and run your own office of people doing the same thing. They’ll slowly reveal all the parts of the job to you. It’ll seem really fun and high energy, and the culture will seem great, but you’ll notice there are new applicants waiting to interview in the lobby literally every single work day (I generally saw at least 5 new people), and considering how small the office space is, there is no way that many people could work for them. The hours end up being like 8:30am - 7:00pm, with team nights twice a week until like 9/930…which are “networking” events to help employees improve (they look like fun team outings). Also super weird that employees are categorized as employees, not independent contractors, but there is no mention of benefits, and there is no guaranteed pay (you can lose your base pay if you don’t close donors after like 1/2 a work week). Super sketchy/skeezy company. Research Credico if you want to learn more.
