In house office staff is extremely great (5 stars). Actual service Sucks with a Capital S! Way too expensive for the lack of quality. I guess when you are the only option...you can fill in the blanks. This service should be around $6 a month. Roughly what it's worth. Maybe less...

I've had triotel for 10 years and all its done is gotten worse. They are over priced their internet never works, their helpline number (that is for free help) that they gave me tells me to call a different number, and then when you call that number a computer answers and tells you to leave a message and they'll send a technician over which isn't free. Their a crooked monopoly in the McCook area they don't care about their customers they just want your money

Great Serive, great price when i lived in the service area. Moved back to the area to only find that they do not service Bridgewater :( if you could bring it to the town im sure the whole town would sign up for your service :)
