Showed up for a presentation and they wouldn't let me sit for the presentation and refused to give me any of the gifts they promised. Such a scam

1 star only because 0isnt an option...... total scam. Absolutely the most rude experience I've ever had! The first words out of the managers mouth were, "um you realize these are expensive rooms, you know you have to pay for a room to get the tickets right?" After my amazing stay at the Hilton Hampton Suite next door, I explained politely yes our $14000 vacation we just booked should be proof of that....he proceeded to explain how our 90 min tour would NOT be able to be given because we "knew" some friends we we met doing the same prize tour from a different company ....this is a scam dont get drawn into the claim of free flights and hotel nights just by taking a 90 minute tour. I could not believe the way he spoke to my wife and I. Absolutely no way anyone should ever defame myself or family like that....assuming I cant afford to stay at their 1 star resort at best.....

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people keep calling since a friend mine entered to win a honeymoon for me and my fiance. The associates, Erika and Christina were extremely rude on the phone. When I would try and ask a question, they would speak over me and continue their sales pitch. When Erika called back again, after I asked not to be contacted, I explained again how rude Christina had been on the phone. Her reaction was to hang up on me. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Went to the annual rib fest,some how they got my phone number and won't stop calling trying to scam you into buying when they say you have won something.

Bridgette was so polite. Explained everything to me. We got our free stay in the beautiful white mountains and received our free airfare tickets.

I worked here for a little bit and unfortunately I had a lot going on in my personal life and couldn’t keep working but it’s an amazing place to work, the managers treat you great and they try to help you the best they can and are very patient and understanding. The environment is fun and there are always cool things going on at work like no other. Would recommend for anybody!
