Truly the worst experience with auto insurance agency. They quoted me a wrong quote. I paid them in full to only receive a five times larger premium amount in the mail by the insurance 3 weeks after. After I cancelled the policy they charged me the month based on the new quote not the prior one. The manger was super rude said to me "Not my mistake there is nothing I can do ". Find yourself another agency, that is what my husband and I did. Zizza insurance in Stoneham MA is extremely recommended.

Worst business management ever. Nobody know what they are doing in that place. In order to get a quote, we have to wait two weeks after the policy has already been expired. The renewal is set at a specific date, I get information to start renewing early and all they do is back everything up.
