Truro Properties took the guesswork and risk out of renting a summer home for our family for the past 2 seasons. Always responsive, we were able to get answers to our questions quickly and Rick worked hard to make our complicated vacation plans work. The level of communication that was provided before, during, and after our stay was unmatched, and after each rental concluded, our security deposit was returned within a week of returning home. Finally, after mistakenly leaving some personal belongings behind, Rick worked tirelessly to have them shipped back to us quickly.As a former user of “self-help” research and booking sites, working with Truro Properties saved us time and money, and allowed us to focus on what we really wanted: our vacation. I wouldn’t dream of renting through any other source on Outer Cape and we are already looking forward to working with Rick next year!

We’ve rented from Truro Properties for the past 4 - 5 years and have not been disappointed. Rick is very conscientious and considerate of his clients; responding quickly to any concerns. We’ve never had to worry about the condition or cleanliness of his properties and have enjoyed many happy days and evenings as our family gathers for our annual vacation on the Cape.
