Would not recommend them to anyone. I gave Tuna Graphics an order of around 80 hats on March 3. They told me that my hats would be done in about a month (April 4) because they have little league hats to do. I didn't have a problem with that at all. A month later, my order was not finished. I called them the day after my due date to check up on my order. They told me that my order would be done 14 days after my due date. I told them that I did not have a problem with that as well. 14 days later, I received a phone call from Charlie, the owner, stating that my hats can't be completed because MY hats are damaging their needles, which is causing their machines to fail. He also said that since they only have one hat machine working, they have to start on the Navy hats. Basically, they told me that I'm the reason why they are behind on completing orders. He recommended that I go to someone else to complete my order. I've waited for almost 2 months for my order NOT to be complete. I'm pretty sure they DID NOT want my business or anything to do with my business. I am a business owner and I presented my business/re-seller's permit just like every business they deal with. It is a requirement by them. I will not recommend them to anyone unless you are the Navy or live near their business. I went to pick up my order and some lady I've never met before gave me the order and a bill to pay the remaining balance. I asked to speak to Charlie to discuss my order. She told me that Charlie is in the back eating his lunch and on the phone. She said that if I wanted to talk to him, I need to call instead of talking to him personally. He didn't even have the decency to talk to a concerned customer. That also is horrible customer service.

Nothing but great things to say. Friendly service, wide array of items to chose from. Missing one star for price, but that's what happens when you get quality products.

The staff was very friendly and their work seems to be quality. I wouldn't be able to be certain though since I've been told multiple times I'll be getting a quote for my husbands order, for the Navy might I add, two or three times. It has yet to come through and I was told a couple other people he knows never got their quotes, which is the only thing that saved him from getting in trouble. Only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is because they did have a good selection of apparel, the staff was nice, they did seem busy, and they had a cute dog named cedar.
