We did our do-diligence in researching and interviewing companies in our search for a Kelowna marketing company to help with our website and branding. From our very first Skype meeting with Chris and the Twirling Umbrellas team we were impressed with their care and attention. Chris had very good questions for us and we felt by the end of that chat he had a good idea of what we were about and what we were looking for. We knew it would be a good fit. Going through the design process was challenging for us (and I'm sure TU also) as we were unsure of how to put our vision into words and a brand, but Twirling Umbrellas patiently worked with us and continued to pose us with questions that allowed them to come out with a branding plan that we are very pleased with.
