Completely blown away! I dropped off my daughters backpack mid-day today be embroidered. In a classic mom fail, it is the day before a new school year so we knew she would be starting with an old backpack. We were told they would do their best to get it done within a week which sounded great to us. The man in store (apologies for not catching his name) carefully walked us through the design to be certain we would be happy with the end product and the price we paid was very reasonable. Then, shortly after 8 p.m. tonight, I received a text from Jennifer who said the backpack was ready and she was willing to meet me tonight or early in the morning so that my daughter could have her backpack on the first day. I was completely speechless! Who does that?!? Apparently Two Brand It does! They just earned a customer for life and I encourage you to shop Two Brand It & use them for your custom apparel needs.
