Client Review on State Farm
Feedback:
imagine having a window well fill with water, then the water coming in your home through the window and then your insurance company telling you the $20,000 of damage to home and property is not covered and will have to be taken care of out of pocket. And then you call your agent and they tell you that "there is nothing they can do.. it's out of his hands...." how would you feel? probably a lot like me.. frustrated. confused as to why i even have Tyler as my agent as he "has no ability to help..." The entire point of having homeowners insurance is to cover the home in the event of it needing repair due to such things. Amazing how they would rather not cover you or your home. They just want to take your money. I would strongly advise to avoid State Farm Insurance as a whole, and definitely avoid this agent as "he can't help..."
