If I could give zero stars, I would. Had this "agent", if he can be called that, for a year. Over this time, I had to keep sending money as the rates kept changing. I'm talking weekly payments. Then when I switched to a different company, they promised to return a portion of my money. Haven't seen a penny. Then, when I had TWO INSURANCES, I still get a letter from DOT saying I have a lapse. DO NOT TRUST STATE FARM OR TYRONE WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Mr. Ayers has been my family's State Farm representative for many years. I am very pleased with every aspect of his service. Mr. Ayers keeps me abreast of products that best serve my family and I. If you are looking for an agent who is knowledgeable and experienced, then he is the agent for the job.

Hahaha hahaha just don't. State Farm isn't a bad company, but the things we've gone through trying to get insurance through Mr Ayers would make for a full season of a sitcom comedy.Nothing like getting your home owner's insurance cancelled because your agent didn't get you to sign a piece of paper the underwriter sent to YOUR AGENT for you to sign. Not even anything changing the policy... Just random standard paperwork. That's not even the funniest part of THIS INCIDENT (remember, I said a season of a sitcom). Thank God that we have mail forwarding because he apparently gave corporate our FORMER ADDRESS! No, not the current address that we came to him to get HOME OWNER'S INSURANCE for in the first place.Next episode: the pain that was getting him to call back when we originally called for home owner's insurance. Season 2: The months(yes, the word month + an s) it took the guy to change our car insurance from another state. Don't miss all the topsy turvy action! A 5 star sitcom but a 1 star service!

They are liers in every way they said if they couldn't have bank account info on we had to pay 2 months in advance then we cancel our policy and they say we will get a reimbursement check for the month in advance where we didn't use there company and now they are lying there way out of it and have not sent our money back please no one use this office just know they are lying if there mouth is open will be filing a complaint with the BBB hopefully they lose there license very unprofessional people

NEVER GET INSIRANCE THROUGH THIS MAN'S OFFICE!! they have untrained employees who misquoted myself and my significant other. told us both prices on two different occasions and then sent letters 2 weeks before our policy was due uping the rates by over 250 dollars. they said that they could not change the charge even though their employee made the mistake and i was not at fault. they are shady, money hungry, and rude. DONT EVER GET INSURANCE FROM THEM. i have filed complaints and i hope he looses his license. nothing but problems with them and no solutions. JUST THEM WANTING MORE MONEY FROM ME EVERYTIME I CALL.
