I was nervous throughout the process of renting my unit and truck, but only because the young lady who took my information and issued my keys and access card seemed like she was in training. She was courteous, though. I did have a mishap getting into my unit after hours, and was pretty upset because I ultimately had to leave a few things unsecured at their facility. But, I called as soon as they opened the next morning and Cory, the general manager of the location, offered to move the few things into the unit for me until I could come and secure them after work.
