Front desk worker was extremely rude. Multiple people in the store had been complaining at her. When asked why she was being so rude to everyone. Her co-worker said it's her last day leave her be. Just because it's your last day doesn't mean you should be rude and disrespectful towards customers.

They help my niece get a truck we had to move last minute and they had a truck for us thank God. I have been dealing with you all over 30 years and they always help me

The staff did not agree upon entering the building. The staff was also not knowledgeable and how to return product from another Uhaul to her Uhaul. The staff called manager and manager requested for me to return to the store that it was purchased. This store cost me a lot of time and also inconvenience to my schedule.
