Bad experience. Guaranteed isn't a guarantee. Had a 12 PM pick-up. Tammy was busy so she didn't show up till 12:30. And brushed it off like it was nothing. Had to pay $50 more then expected cause you have to pay up front for expected miles. I rented the truck for 24 hrs. Their policy is you rent the truck 24 hrs from the time you pick it up. In endless someone else has a reservation.But yet I have to have it back by 11 am tmw. Now mind you Tammy didn't even show up till 12:30. I lose an 1 and 30 mins. Tammy says it's only an hour. I have a 4 hour window to move all my stuff and return this truck tmw morning. Which now is only 3 hours. I had a ride arrangement to pick me up at 12:30 tmw after dropping of truck. Now I have an 1and 30 mins to kill. Before my ride shows. Hey thanx Tammy.

Went in to rent a hand cart only and Tammy Muniz was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this location as she is very nice !

Fantastic storage with climate controlled buildings. They have 2 floors with elevators and this place was designed to have stuff moved in and out.
