I came, without a reservation, at the last minute to rent a vehicle - hoping for a truck. It's their busiest time of the year; there were two families in line ahead of me. They could have been abrupt & irritated - why not? They had plenty of customers. They listened to my sad story & smiled, explained what they had. The person who helped me was cheerful and friendly. She walked downstairs and out to the lot to show me a cargo van - which turned out to be fine for my purpose. I'm grateful for the way they treated me & I was satisfied with the vehicle (very easy to drive by the way - it's like a big car!).
