Original appointment with UHaul of Manassas Park (off of Hwy 28) was delayed by half an hour. They did call and notify me of a delay installing a customers hitch so I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. Incredibly friendly staff and the manager of this facility is outstanding and goes out of her way to take care of customers. I highly recommend this location because the manager will insure any issues are resolved and that you leave happy. If only other companies had a manager like her! If there for mechanical installations, allow extra time for unexpected vehicle installation issues.
