Overall I had great service here from Pedro, but one of the employees, Cynthia, was extremely rude and condescending. I willfully admitted that I was using the trailer rental to pick up a riding mower, and she was instantly hostile with me-- implying that I would somehow damage her trailer in moving the mower, and that the trailers were really only meant for couches (?).I'm not really sure what else you would rent and use a trailer for except to move that type of equipment. This bad review is for you, Cynthia. Congrats on being the worst customer-service oriented employee of all time.
