I'm adding to this review and changing the stars from 1 to 4 - The store manager Ted has been great in getting a new bike rack and will take the old one back and have the new one installed at the U-Haul location so we know it is all working correctly. - We are going to add a hitch to our Mini Cooper which they are going to install for us and add the bike rack to that -- once that is done I'm sure that I'll be able to up to 5 stars and share my great experience with this store and remove the negative comments below -- if you read this Ted .... Thank you for the great service :-) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<old review>We recently bought a bike rack from this location. Today when I went to put the bike rack together noticed that after taking the outer packaging off that boxes looked damaged, then saw that zip ties had already been cut... So it was a returned product that was repacked and sold to us as new .. I know this is common practice in some cases so proceeded to do the installation . Came to find out that key parts are damaged and will not go together. . This would be why it was returned.... We will now be returning the unit as well and hope we either get a working unit or our money back .. This Uhaul is 50± minutes drive away so needless to say it's going to be a right royal pain.... They should not have repackaged a faulty returned product and resold it to customers ... Just not good form at all ..
