This place has no concept as to what customer service is. Rental was to be picked up at 3:30 and was not ready due to "computer problems". The woman at the front desk just kept informing me that the computer was "so slow" and just kept explaining that the computer is going to take about a "decade". Then, she took a personal call from her son. No professionalism, Never an apology. Not once. Just kept laughing and commenting how long this will be. No care of my time, at all. I will be driving to any other place than this one from now on. Do not come here. Especially if you have to do it in a timely manner.
