Nice friendly staff , very helpful . They show up to work on time and they get your appointments correct. They are everything the Redlands U haul off the 10 freeway is not.

We just rented this uhaul. The older, balding white guy here hates his job. Is rude. When we asked about another uhaul and switching he responded with "Jesssus!" Not professional whatsoever.

I would rate this 0 if I could, bad attitude. Felt like I came with such a burden for him when walking through the doors, and the older man in there rolled his eyes at questions . I will definitely make sure none of my friends or family every come here . I refuse to spend my money at a place like this .
