Im surprised they had so many trucks and trailers to choose from. Being California I thought more people are taking trucks out of state. They're working with what they've got to an acceptable amount. Minus one star just because I don't like uhauls equipment. Wish they had diesel powered trucks with higher decks to improve packing efficiency. Wheel wells and fuel filler neck cut into cargo area. Gas powered trucks guzzle fuel like crazy. And cruise control would be great.

U-Haul provides Self-Storage! Professional friendly staff. They can professionally advise on what type of hauling or towing equipment is needed. This saves customers money and is safer. The staff we encountered were professional and friendly and also know what they are talking about regarding towing and hauling.Have rented from other "hauling" places and in our opinion U-Haul is a much better choice, and specifically the Placentia location.

Weak. Had a mixup happen at a nearby uhaul location and had the rep call this location letting them know I'd race down the road and be there 3-4mins after the posted closing time. Literally ran a few hard-yellows and pulled in the lot 2mins and 40seconds after the closing hour. Darkness. Some customer service...
