Very unhappy with the service in this store. Two people working one sits and talks with a customer lookin for a phone. The other sits and talks with a friend who is not looking for a phone. While we are standing here for over 30 mins.

After a couple of hours of hold time with US Cellular Customer Service the day before visiting the Broken Bow store I was left with two phones having no phone service. In a mere couple of minutes in this store the friendliest staff imaginable had me back up and running. If it were not for people like these who actually care for their customers US Cellular would have lost a customer today. You guys are the best!
