My vintage 2012 LG flip phone died, so it was way past time to upgrade our plan & 3 lines. It's ALWAYS worth our time to make the 80 mile drive to deal with the folks at TNT rather than to try to endure the Hannibal, MO or Quincy, IL stores' mostly long lines & poor service. I have talked to Justin on the phone before and he is always very helpful. In the past we have dealt with Terri as well. The entire staff is nice to deal with.This time, we talked to Chelsea. She walked us thru a couple of different plans to choose from and then we picked out 3 new smart phones; LG V30, Samsung J3 and a J7. Chelsea setup all three and installed screen shields, moved files and showed us how to work the new phones since we are new SP users. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. For a small town store they had a great selection of phones, glass protection, cases and accessories. The store was on the small side but it was neat, clean and well organized. If your in the NE MO / Western IL area this is THE place to go for US Cellular Plans / Products. Besides, it's a nice, relaxing road trip.
