Terrible customer service and the employees are very rude and condescending. I had an item put in layaway that I was paying on monthly and 2 days after I made a payment, I got a call from one of the employees named Michelle telling me that I needed to come pay the item off or they would be putting the item back on the sale floor the next day and I would lose all the money I've already paid. After I tried to explain to her that I had just made a payment 2 days prior and the gentleman that took the payment never mentioned that I had to pay it off, she was very condescending and told me that it's not their responsibility to remind me(Which makes sense considering their reputation for having poor customer service). Needless to say, I won't be buying anything else from this place ever again and I would advise everyone to take their money elsewhere.
