Their website is horrible. The design studio has so many issues, which has wasted so much of my time. Still, I cannot create and save a design successfully. I will look for a different service with digital printing.

Really dissapointed with this website, first off there is no login link on the main page to access your saved designs. You can only get to your profile again by clicking start a new design/etc. before it gives you the option to view your profiles saved designs. It's 2018 please update this...And speaking of saved designs...lol. Mine were deleted from my profile after two days of creating designs for a potential streetwear brand I've been working on. So with no warning or indication why they are all gone from my saved designs on my profile. I had done a few quote requests to get an idea how much certain shirt brands/long sleeve/ etc would cost bc they don't offer any sort of price range until you do that which is ridiculous bc it's wasting time on both sides of the process..This could be a great company but I'm highly dissapointed with their website. I understand if I was stealing logos or using copyrighted images but I uploaded my own brand logo I created in GIMP and used their default images they provide as an option (which I really like) but at this point idk if I'd ever consider using them as my preferred printer.I did take screenshots of all my designs and zoomed in views as well so I can re create them on the site but it's just annoying, hopefully I hear back from them and get an explanation at least.

Everything about this company is amazing from the customer service, the attention to detail, the careful planning, the quality of the end result. Not to mention they get you your products exactly when you need them by. I will continue to use them for my future projects!
