I googled this establishment first to check store hours (which were accurate), I was put off by previous reviews.... I can not say enough how wonderful of an experience I had. I found a cute scrub set that fit (I'm a plus size girl, shopping is hard) and it was under $50 WITH TAX! the staff was friendly and helpful. When I commented on the past reviews, and how surprised I was how affordable they were..... she told me they will *price match* competitors prices, if you bring in proof of same style. Just incredible I will be shopping there again :)

I walked into the store, and there were three women employees at the register talking and complaining about their ordering system or something. They completely ignored me, didn't even acknowledge that a customer had entered their store. It's a good thing I'm not a kleptomaniac!!!It is mostly nursing uniforms here. They have maybe one or two racks of kitchen clothes and construction clothes. They have a very small selection of chef uniforms (and they're all male sizes, and just enormous), and everything is extremely overpriced. $15 for an apron, $75 for a chef jacket.I originally went there for non-slip shoes to use in the kitchen. They have a very small selection of shoes, and of course didn't have my size on the shelves (I wear a 7.5-8). So I went up to one of the ladies at the register and asked if they had any more sizes in the back, and she said no, that what was on the shelves was all they had. She offered to order my size and have it shipped to the store, in which I asked how long that would take. She told me two weeks. TWO WEEKS for one pair of shoes! Then she said, "Oh wait, we just got a truck in today, so actually three weeks". No thanks. I told her thank you, got back to my car, and ordered the size of shoes I needed from Amazon for $10 cheaper and free two day shipping. I feel bad for the nurses who shop for scrubs here. They're paying out the behind for stuff they can get way cheaper elsewhere.

Uniform store for women and men how u only carry men uniform pants. What about the ladies? This store need to get it together. Why have a business if u dont carry the inventory. Please do better people.So right now no rating for you.

Your voicemail is confusing regarding your store hours of business. Google says closed on Saturdays, your store's voicemail says open til 6pm on Saturdays. Took a drive from Hampton here and it was a waste of my time...please fix your store's voice recording regarding your hours.

I had a wonderful experience. The lady behind the counter (Tori) is an expert in determining the best fit for the size. I tried a few scrubs on my own and was getting frustrated and asked for her help ( earlier she did ask me if i needed help and I say no as I thought I'll figure it out). With her help it took less than 5 min to find the perfectly fitting uniform. Really great customer service.

Great experience here. Came in for a pair of pants for my new work uniform and not only was the service exceptional, I was in and out in 15minutes tops. When I described briefly what I was looking for in color, fit, and feel, the sweet lady went directly to a specific pair (which I ended up getting even after trying several others) and nailed my size just by looking at me. She was by far the best customer service experience I’ve encountered since moving to Virginia from the Deep South a year ago. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone that requires scrubs for their profession.

I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a local scrub store. I was told the two different scrub shirts from the same company fit the same which was not the case. I brought back the beginning of sept and was apologized to and she handled it appropriately at that time. Said I would get a new shirt within a week. Went back to the store to follow up because weeks had come and gone and I was told the shirt was not there. Received an apology and given a 10% off on next purchase. It is now November and I’m still waiting for the shirt. I called and was told oh ya it’s been here. Was told she left a message on my phone October 10th. I don’t have a voicemail set up so not sure who was notified. She became quite defensive. Even if a call was made oct 10th I think it’s absurd that a customer has to wait over a month for an item. I could have easily received a return and purchased somewhere else.
