These guys were horrible! Absolutely no professionalism or respect while auctioning an estate. No communication with the homeowner/decedent's son, NONE. Come auction day, the lack of any respect or common sense became very apparent. They treated the place like they owned it, left a ton of garbage all the while with an awful attitude. The sr. owner of the outfit is never without a cigarette in his mouth and is definitely a shady character. The jr. owner is a real piece of work. Always a huge pile of disgusting chewing tobacco in his face no matter if handling business or not. He spits anywhere and everywhere and is a true redneck meathead. This clown is definitely used to being the bully and thinks he can intimidate people at will. They also must be real used to it being a "free for all" at an estate auction. I caught them red handed stealing items after the auction ended. I'm also very sure they cherry picked their favorite items before the auction started. Stay FAR away from these people if you love and respect your loved ones and the stuff they worked all their lives to gather. This is my recollection of my dealings with this company and are my opinions and mine alone.
