My first experience was a very pleasant one Michigan expense not so pleasant aside from having Chris that was undersized for my line of work Which they recommended them selves I ended up having to return it because it was undersized my second compressor My second compressor was also a problem it was leaking oil through the air I’ll let hose which room the light of my wood which is what I do and aside from that it was a one-month rental agreement because it because they swap the compressor to a bigger compressor they charge me full price for the entire month on the on the bigger compressor instead of half-and-half which are used two weeks on the first compressor and when I came back to rent a compressor for another two weeks or week they want to charge me over $800 dollars which is the almost the price of a compressor for entire month oh yes I’m very happy very happy that I give them back the compressor and I most lickely never be back ever again a very organized place and a knowledgeable staff happy to help you with your needs.. I arrived for a compressor rental and after it was said and done I was out of there within 10 to 15 minutes (wow that was fast) I given a short briefing as to how to work the machine and as drove away I felt like they surely appreciated my business not like I was just another dollar in their pockets. thanks United rentals and I'll be back for sure...

We called the main branch and had a representative named Mark state he would look into the equipment we needed to rent and have his assistant Mary Ann get back to us within a couple of minutes. Hours went by without a call. We called the local branch and were assisted by another individual with the same line, " I will look into it and get back to you." We have yet to hear from either the main branch or the local branch. They lost our business because they could not follow through.
