Fast shipping, nice customer service. I have received an older version of some Nathan product I bought on their website. After letting them know, they sent me the right version very quickly. The email communication was suprisingly quick and smooth. Will order again.

Great stuff , by far the best in the market ! I’ve tried other brands and none compare to shockdoctor or mcdavid ! All my orders are placed online and never once had an issue with the timeliness of arrival or wrong items being shipped ! I will continue to shop online for all my needs !

BUYER BEWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I bought knee braces from them and returned them because they were too big the same day that I received the braces and they NEVER credited me back. I called and confirmed that I did everything I was supposed to do and they confirmed receipt, but never credited me back for my purchase. Its literally been over 4 months of back and forth. Both American express and PayPal confirmed the refund was never issued, but nobody at United Sports Brands will make it right. Don't risk it!!!! I'm out $120 because of these crooks!!!

A warehouse full of Snitches!! George Rivera is a molester. All was reported to Karina thinking that something will be done since “Apparently” they take sexual harassment very seriously what a lie! A week after It was reported they( USB & Kimco) started their investigation, it looks like they don’t care about how uncomfortable & unsafe the worker feels. There was several sighting of Karina during the week yet there was no communication or update about the situation. Jose Zavala plus how many other say that I was vaping inside the warehouse and that’s a good enough reason to terminate me without having any proof at all. the supervisor osvaldo will call you out in front of your co-workers, doesn’t know the proper way to talk to people. This is a warehouse that only cares about production than their own employees, working 12h shifts & never know if the weekend will be mandatory. They will also make you exceed the number of hours that you can work in week. there’s a law that everyone who works long hours should have one day off to rest. BEWARE of working here the perpetrator still works here!! Nothing has/will been done

Received a flashlight as a gift Store would not warranty because we didn’t have receipt contacted company and they issued us a new light! Whole process less than 24 hrs!

It has almost been a year since I ordered a back brace from this company. I got the brace, but it was the wrong size. When I tried to exchange it for the proper size, I was told that they do not do exchanges. I shipped the brace back to them about 9 months ago...and to date, I have not received a refund check or another back brace. I have email the company several times and they promised me that they would mail a check for my return. It has been two months and still no response. I keep emailing them and have gotten no response.

To the previous review, I apologize for your experience. The HR Department has an open-door policy at all times where issues and/or complaints brought up are investigated fairly and thoroughly. We strive for a fun, respectful, and open team environment and receive feedback often that we accomplish that on a regular basis.

So where do i even began! Never in my life have i ever experienced such horrable treatment from other employees, but especially from Managment! I was continuously harassed, embarrassed and degraded in front of other employees by both men and woman workers. I was scared to say anything to managment because if temps complains about anything they would lose their job, they act like they care and that they are going to take care of the problem, but insted they would turn around and just terminate you without any reason. I feel so bad because i still have friends that work there and are single mothers and have to keep putting up with all of this in order to take care of there families. Especially Ms.Karina Rosas and Ms.Christina Holthe that work in the HR department they have no respect and treat people who work in the warehouse like they are nothing, which surprised me how would could they just be allowed to treat employee this way. My time there was very brief, but it was enough to make me realize that some people should not be in managerial positions if they do not have the correct skills to work with peolpe and need to have respect for others if you work for this company or plan too please beware of KARINA ROSAS she is one sneaky, two faced instigator. She's very unprofessional and looks like she just rolled out of bed. If i could give A ZERO I WOULD!!
