Overall Feedback:

Some people are not human. Even crying can’t change their mind. 5 Seconds Of Summer, while in Milan, improvised a showcase and because there wasn’t enough space in the studios, they decided to play outside so more than a few could hear them. In France, even if we explain how much important it is to us, even if they could have made more people “win” the entry, only the 30th first could go, even if Instagram or whatever platform they made us look at had a connection problem, they can’t be nice on the phone. I simply asked to give something to one of the member of the band, even that I can’t. Empathy isn’t one of Universal’s quality very disappointed.
