Our office ordered an array of promotional material (lip balms, notepads, pens and 2 types of water bottles) from UC recently and we have loved every bit of it. We have gotten nothing but positive feedback from our patients and staff. Chase was awesome to work with; very flexible with our needs and patient with our revisions. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of promotional material!

I had been looking for a place to get some shirts done. I walked in one day not knowing what I was going into because I had been looking for a while. When I walked in, the sales associates were so nice and helpful that I bought multiple shirts and made some stickers. There customer service was amazing. The people in the back we so amazing with helping me design my shirts. I got them back and they were better than I asked for. Thanks so much!!!!

I've dealt with several types of T-shirt companies and for the most part they're all pretty much the same as far as service or production quality goes. University Custom treated my with care though and that's what made the difference for me. Never have I met such a great group of people who made me feel like I was receiving a service instead of being another sale to them. Thanks UC!

Awful. My department ordered over $5,000.00 worth of promo items and embroidery from UC to get very poor products and lack-luster customer service in return. I highly recommend any party needing a large order or quality embroidery to look for a more experienced and professional company.

Best place to buy great gifts and they have the friendliest staff! They've done awesome embroidered monograms for me and T-shirts for my school. They also have some of my favorite brands like Jadelynn Brooke.

I got some cute t-shirts, a monogrammed water bottle, and shorts for a great price. The employees were very helpful and showed me How to customize any merchandise I wanted to. Really cool store with a great selection, will definitely be returning!
