Overall Feedback:
Gateway customer services ,and career services are friendly and happy to help with query. Some teachers are okay but the majority doesn't reply to emails and also provide less support to student. They have some indirect inequality that need to be changed. I noticed some teachers reply to email of some specific people directly than other. I have experiences such issues and find out the same teacher I messaged before reply to another student straight away or within a day, while I have sent several emails and still haven't got any reply and some reply if you insist. Student experience was horrible. Some of my classmates was toxic and have reported some issues, but it has slightly improved. The university have to look on how to promote such issues for future. Student support from staff need to be improved, student get less support from staff. The university travel support is excellent they provide free bus for student with current ID . Being an international student or foreigners can be good or bad all depend on who you met but most of them are indirectly unwelcome. the town itself is okay .
