Fantastic apartment, well sized for large families, bedding comfortable, fantastic views, perfect location to maim street. Did have a few issues with the hot water, couldn't handle more than 2 showers at a time or one bath, but we learnt to give it an hour to heat back up, when we had time...so split showers or have luke warm/cool showers. Did report which was responded to quickly but never followed up on. Then we discovered the washing machine was leaking oil or something and stained a number of our clothes. Reported straight away. Someone came to run a clean wash through and told us to try that, we did and ruined some more clothes. We have sinced emailed photos and sent a number of requests for follow up but it appears we are now being ignored. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Terrible management. We certainly won't be back to any Unwind properties nor recommending to anyone

I have stayed several times at Gallery 13 and find it to be amazing value for the luxury, space and provisons offered.The view is so relaxing and the location so convenient. The personal touches of breakfast provisions, wine and chocolates far exceed the basic accomodation offerred by hotels and motels. Highly recommended.

I did book 5 nights in Little Beach Break in Victor Harbour. The location was absolutely stunning, directly at the beach. The unit or better the cleanliness of the unit wasn't that good. For a price of $ 150 per night it didn't even had Austar tv nor did it had an electric blanket and it was freezing. The provisions for daily breakfast were opened jars of jam and margarine which contained bits in it. Very unhygienic indeed.
