The Upchurch Agency was very helpful in getting me homeowners insurance for my home. I've been with the same insurance company (Nationwide) for 15 years. I don't recall receiving the same courtesy as I did wih agent Upchurch. My new policy offers way better coverage than my previous insurance company and Cheaper! I feel at ease knowing that if anything would happen, the coverage I have now would protect my family. They have been very professional throughout this process and communicated requirements and next steps. I appreciate the follow up as well. In the 15 years of being with my previous insurance company I didn't get this kind of service. I would recommend friends and family to Upchurch Farmers Agency as I know they will receive top notch service. Thanks for making this process easy!! Glad to be apart of the Farmers family. I enjoyed working with the Upchurch Agency. A good honest man runs it's even tho he's a eagles fan (I'm a Cowboys fan) lol he still gets he job done and ensures you understand it and can answer any question you have. He helped me purchase my first home and I couldn't be happier! I'll recommend them to anyone I know.
