Without his guidance, it is my opinion that my AdWords campaign would be going nowhere. Jim provides extra attention to detail in terms of making sure our organization continually pivots towards the search words and terms that match what our consumers are looking for. Additionally, on multiple occasions, he has helped us identify or recover a call that came through on our website from a customer searching for our services.
