Over priced and their person who does accounting is not professional or competent of her duties! Our water bill averaged around $400 to $450 dollars a month!! We moved to Vista and know our water bill is around $200 a month with a bigger yard! Forced to use this water company and they know it! I closed my water bill and 4 months later received a bill... after a rude debate I paid the accused amount in full. Then I received another bill the next following mont for $.23 cents?!! VCMW you are a JOKE!

We don't have any running water! Even though we've paid up to date and it's been 4 days now still no water. We asked VCWMD for any help they could provide and the woman on the phone just laughed at me . This place is a total disgrace.

Tony down at the water department is very accommodating. we asked him for a water meter and new service today and they made it happen today, pretty amazing. They also helped provide us with the backflow preventing valve that is needed after the meter. I am a plumbing contractor and have dealt with much Less professional Service. Thank you so much Tony and everybody at the Valley Center municipal water district.
